With nearly 20 years of experience in dental technology, Joe Marriner has built a dynamic career in the industry. His journey began at a boutique lab in Northern California, where he honed his expertise in Removables, Fixed Analog techniques, and ultimately, Digital Design. His passion for innovation led him to embrace digital dental technology early on, setting the stage for his leadership roles.

Joe’s career took an unexpected but meaningful turn when he moved to Wisconsin, following his then-girlfriend—now wife—and stepping into new opportunities. At D&S Dental Laboratory, he started in Fixed Design, quickly rising to manage the department before becoming Director of Lab Operations and eventually President. In his leadership role, Joe has been instrumental in advancing the lab’s transition toward a fully digital workflow, ensuring cutting-edge solutions for clients and continued growth for the organization.
