LeighAnn Halverson is the Human Resources Manager for D&S Dental Laboratory, where she plays a key role in overseeing HR operations with a focus on employee relations, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. Since joining in 2016, LeighAnn has been integral to the company’s growth and evolution during a time when D&S held the distinction of being the largest privately owned dental laboratory in the state of Wisconsin.

Her role has since expanded to include serving as an HR Business Partner for D&S’ parent company, Denbright Dental Labs. In this capacity, she works to align HR policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives across both organizations. LeighAnn is passionate about fostering environments where employees are both challenged and supported, contributing to the long-term success of the company.

LeighAnn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, enabling her to approach challenges with empathy, strategic thinking, and a focus on holistic employee support. In 2021, she earned the Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation, equipping her with advanced tools to navigate a complex HR landscape. Outside of work, she’s a wife to Evan and a mother to Carley (born in 2023), often found chasing the toddler, entertaining a high-energy dog, and daydreaming about her growing obsession with travel – especially cruises!
